Warranty

Sovereign Home Security Inc. warrants the manufactured and supplied parts excluding batteries for the period of two years commencing at the time of purchase. Sovereign Home Security Inc. will repair or replace all, at its sole discretion, units that prove to have been defective in material or workmanship, provided they were maintained properly and not abused i.e.: Products not showing abuse, misuse or alteration. If deemed necessary Sovereign Home Security Inc. may request an original dated bill of sale. Any parts replaced under the warranty, should a repair be done, will be covered by the warranty but will not necessarily extend the length of the warranty.
Sovereign Home Security Inc. does not cover or accept any liability for any possible damage, replacement or repair costs to any belongings caused, either directly or indirectly, by the security system or its parts. Nor will Sovereign Home Security Inc. make any claim regarding its products perceived or actual ability to prevent, stop, or minimize any loss or theft and will not accept any liability for any loss or damage caused to a location where one of its systems is installed.
Shipping: The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Sovereign Home Security Inc. will not take responsibility for damaged incurred during shipping.
